In Youth Choir, students 8 to 11 will learn about their vocal anatomy and how the voice works. Students will learn how to properly warm up their voices to sing as well as techniques for expanding breath control and range. There will be a strong emphasis on learning to read music as it applies to choral works as well as sight-reading, the ability to learn music without having heard it first.
