Ever think "I could never hula hoop!"? What if I told you you could do more than just spin a hoop around your body? This intro class is for those who have been interested in mastering a hula hoop not only on the waist but to be able to dazzle friends and family with some hula hoop tricks! Come get lost in music and flow. We will learn how to waist hoop, move with your hoop as you spin, isolations, weaves, and more! Unsure what those are? Come check it out :)

Ages: Adults (18+)
Tuition: $120 (includes handmade hula hoop; Instructor will email about colors combo of tape and sizing of hoop)
Class Minimum: 4
